What files and resolution do I download?
You receive two watermark-free 9:16 MP4 files at 720p (about 19 seconds long): one mixed with the “Outstanding” audio track and one silent backup copy.
Does casting all 5 band spots cost more than casting 1?
No. Every render is priced per video, not per person. Whether you swap only the lead vocalist or all five band spots, the credit cost is identical; any unedited seat keeps its AI sample musician.
What happens if a render fails or a face does not swap?
Our pipeline checks that swapped seats do not leave the original performer's face behind. Any job that fails automatically returns its credits to your account, and you can email support within 7 days if a completed clip has a technical defect.
Can I upload photos from my phone while using a computer?

What kind of portrait photo gives the cleanest swap?
Use a single-person, front-facing portrait with even lighting from the shoulders up. Avoid sunglasses, hands near the chin, heavy filters, side profiles, or tiny crops from group shots.
What are the video pack prices and do credits expire?

Why isn't there a free trial render?
Each clip runs a full-length 720p pass on a commercial AI video model. Rather than offering low-resolution watermarked previews, every paid video exports watermark-free and failed jobs automatically refund their credits.
Whose photos am I allowed to use?
Only upload portraits of adults (18+)—such as yourself, friends, league mates, coworkers or family—whose permission you have. Never upload minors, and do not use generated clips for impersonation, deception or commercial advertising.
How long are uploaded portraits kept?
Uploaded portraits are used only to fulfill your video request and are automatically deleted from our storage bucket within 2 days.
